Redwood Room

Perched high above the Vineyard Lawn in the Lodge, the Redwood Room offers traditional elegance. The Ranch's largest venue, this room can be divided into four equal parts, is window-lined on three sides with tree-shaded views of the valley and forest, and has a private outdoor terrace.

Oak Room

A favorite venue at the Lodge, the Oak Room offers three walls of glass windows and a sunny outdoor courtyard. The room is home to the Adventure Kitchen, where our chefs are available to provide cooking demonstrations or prepare fresh-from-the-garden meals in front of your guests. The River Ranch

The River Ranch is our family and fitness "resort within a resort," with acres of pools, hot tubs, casual fireside seating, game and party lawns. Perfect for an intimate, casual BBQ on the lawn, or plan a quick escape from the meeting rooms for a round of bocce with beer tasting and a wood-fired pizza dinner after a full day of strategic thinking sessions. The Organic Garden

At the heart of the experience at Carmel Valley Ranch is The Organic Garden. Home to our 2-acre heirloom vegetable and flower gardens, fruit trees, butterfly garden, Hen House, bee apiaries, and a salt house. Our farmers and artisans exercise great manual care for these items, as they form the base of our farmstead products, which are celebrated across our 500 acres. The possibilities are limitless in the Organic Garden: plan a cocktail party, a working garden demonstration, a culinary challenge event, or gather all of the Ranch Artisans for a signature "Taste of Carmel" opening reception that allow your attendees to connect with the land and the unique story of Carmel Valley.
