Executive Chef Tim Wood and his merry band of
cooks, pastry chefs, and artisans create cuisine with
a whimsical sense of adventure and romance. Passed,
plated or elegantly displayed at your reception, our
menus incorporate locally sourced organic ingredients
(many of which are grown in our own garden), the
freshest seafood and meats, along with cheese made
at our own on-site creamery. It’s a hand-crafted,
homegrown approach to food that is evident in every
