LAVENDER HARVEST FESTIVAL

A not-to-be-missed celebration featuring lavender harvesting and distillation demos; lavender-inspired culinary dishes and cocktails; tastings of honey from our hives; samples of sea salt from our Salt House paired with Swank Farms watermelon and stone fruits; and do-it-yourself lavender sachets, flower crowns, eye pillows and other crafts. Meet the Ranch Artisans, chat with the chickens, and greet our Swiss Saanen dairy goats. Live entertainment is provided by The Dave Holodiloff Jazz trio. Fun in the sun for the whole family!

 Chef Tim Wood’s foodie-friendly menu will include:

• Build-your-own street tacos with Monterey Bay fish, slow-roasted kurobuta pork, heirloom salsa, and traditional accompaniments
• Tequila-lavender cured wild king salmon croutons with honey Dijon mustard
• Heirloom tomatoes and burrata with basil fresh from the garden
• Swank Farms Morning Harvest summer vegetables with spicy sriracha dressing, cucumber raita sauce, and other dipping options
• Honey-lavender crème brulee and lavender sugar cookies

LAZY LAVENDER SUNDAY BRUNCH

Kick back at the Golf Clubhouse with endless lavender-prosecco mimosas while taking in emerald-green views of the golf course. Brunch features delectable dishes from the Hen House Egg Station, a carving station, and other favorites.

Introducing Chef Wood’s latest offering from his favorite local beef purveyor: a mouthwatering, sustainably sourced 28-oz. Tomahawk (bone-in) steak carved tableside. CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING

RANCH HANDS KIDS CAMP

Inviting all Junior Wranglers, ages 6–12! Join us for a fresh take on a Carmel Valley Ranch classic, brought to you by our talented and entertaining Kids Camp counselors. Each day includes educational play, outdoor adventure, and a signature activity such as hiking with the Naturalist, tennis with the Pro, a visit to the Apiary, or a stroll through the Organic Garden to visit our hens and goats.

Saturdays and Sundays year-round; daily May 25–Sept. 2; half-day $105, full-day $125; includes lunch for half- and full-day sessions.

BUSY BEES

Perfect for our youngest campers, ages 2–5, who might not want to be away from Mom or Dad for too long. This program is available on an hourly basis and provides fun, educational indoor and outdoor activities. Ideal for parents looking for childcare during a workout. A parent must be available for a diaper change if needed.

Daily 9:00a–1:00p; weekends 9:00a–5:00p; $25 per hour per child. Lunch available for additional charge.

KIDS’ NIGHT OUT, WESTERN-STYLE

Calling all cowpokes, ages 2–12! Grab your bandana, put on your sheriff’s badge, and gather around the hay bales for some good old-fashioned western storytelling. A taste of old-time Carmel Valley for the kids while the parents enjoy grownup time! After listening to tales of the Wild West, we’ll mosey on back to the 21st century with dinner, movies, arts and crafts, air hockey, and more.

TWILIGHT GOLF SPECIAL - $115

Resort guests can tee-off after 1:00p and enjoy a round of golf for only $115 per person. Includes cart, rental set, range balls, and sleeve of playing balls.  

HALF-DAY SCHOOL

JUNIOR GOLF SUMMER CAMPS

Director of Instruction Todd Southard and the Golf Pros at Carmel Valley Ranch are excited to offer three-day camps for ages 6-12. These camps are a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the game, including full swing, short game, putting, and etiquette. Each session includes on-course play. Space is limited.
